The Marketing Manager will be responsible for leading and executing on bluboho’s overall local marketing strategy, driving brand awareness, consideration, and sales across all channels. The day to day involves working collaboratively with the team (internal and agencies) to create content, collateral, and campaigns, that support our overall marketing strategy and tell our stories. The role of Marketing Manager will play a significant part in translating our existing in-store collection and merchandising storytelling into the digital marketing space to extend or guest reach.

You stay abreast of current digital trends and technologies and are a thought leader in the digital marketing space. You bring an energetic results-oriented attitude to all internal and external marketing campaigns and communications that accurately reflect and embody the bluboho brand across all marketing channels.

Naturally, you are analytical and can take various types of data and translate into easy to digest reports that highlight areas of opportunity for the business. You can work cross functionally with multiple departments and are critical in driving outstanding results in consumer acquisition and engagement by delivering growth in conversion and growing an active consumer database.

What you’ll be doing:

Core Marketing

  • In partnership with the Director of Marketing, create standard operating procedures (SOP’s) for the marketing team (internal and agencies)
  • Work collaboratively across functions such as Planning and Creative to execute on strategies to improve the effectiveness of multichannel marketing/media programs, ensuring collateral is provided to all business partners (internal and agency) 


  • Be the champion of the digital marketing function, creating content, driving programs, and innovating to become at the forefront of digital
  • Executing on digital campaigns while maintaining monthly and annual budgets
  • Reporting on KPI’s and providing data on ROI from digital investments
  • In partnership with the Director of Marketing, guide and oversee external agencies on execution of plans for digital marketing activities
  • Monitor and measure the success of social media campaigns against set targets, providing guidance to agencies while monitoring and evaluating campaign results and impact
  • Work collaboratively with the Creative Director to develop and manage a content calendar across all digital platforms; bluboho website, Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, planning around new campaigns for collection launches, events, and holidays
  • Execute on deployment of the digital strategy locally, across paid and organic digital channels to meet marketing objectives
  • Bring digital and media trends, insights, and ideas back to the marketing team and inspire best-in-class digital leadership across the team

In-Store Marketing (ISM)

  • Create and execute on store communication plans for new collection launches, events, and holidays
  • Create and cascade to store teams, directives for in-store merchandising
  • Work with store teams to identify ISM needs as they relate to marketing collateral; window displays, way finders, collection cards
  • Create ISM content in alignment with marketing campaigns across all channels to maintain cohesive brand marketing

What you’ll bring


  • University Degree in Business or Marketing
  • 5+ years of proven experience in omnichannel marketing
  • Experience with digital marketing best practices that result in guest acquisition, retention and growth
  • Exceptional skills in website management, email marketing, web analytics tools, search engine marketing (SEM), search engine optimization (SEO), display media and social media
  • Creative thinking, problem-solving and analytical skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-pace environment
  • Ability to pivot effectively – shifting gears to respond to sudden changes or demands in the business, staying flexible to the ever-evolving retail landscape
  • Working knowledge of all main digital platforms: Google ads, Google analytics, Google campaign manager, Facebook business manager, Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest, Mailchimp


  • Experience working in a retail, luxury goods or fine jewellery organization
