when will my piece ship out?
we try our best to ship your special pieces within 48 hours of the receipt of your order and will be shipped pending order volume.
we advise you to please make sure that your shipping information is 100% correct as we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once your package has been delivered to stated shipping address.
what if my piece is made to order?
our team needs to handcraft this special piece for you once you have placed your order. we are working as fast as we can to handcraft your special pieces, so please allow for the made-to-order wait time stated on the item page.
when will my engraved piece ship?
we require 1-2 weeks to engrave your piece prior to shipping. once your piece(s) has been engraved, it will ship within 24-48 hours.
what do I do if my tracking says my order has been delivered and I have not received my package?
