please note, we offer full refunds on items that are unworn, in new condition, accompanied by any additional packaging and presented with a receipt within 14 days of purchase.  gift receipts are eligible for a store credit or exchange. earrings, gift cards, one-of-a-kind rings, and made to order/customized items are all final sale. repairs are subject to a base repair fee of $25, unless quoted otherwise. chain breaks and missing stones are not considered to be defective products.

canceling an order

we get it, we all make mistakes. if you wish to cancel your order just reach out to us at guestexperience@bluboho.com within 24h of placing your order. 

please note that our orders are fulfilled quickly (because we know that waiting for a package to arrive feels like a lifetime), and once the package is shipped we won't be able to process the cancelation request. 


returns, exchanges, and store credits
online shopping can be tricky and we get it! we’re so sorry to hear that it’s not the perfect fit, but with the exception of final sale items, you are eligible to return your item(s) for an return, exchange or store credit within 14 days of receiving your order. items must be in unworn, new condition, and include all original packaging. please note we note refunds can only be issued onto the original form of payment, and shipping costs are non-refundable. 

please note that after 14 days of receiving your order, we will no longer accept returns. 

  • final sale: some of our pieces are final sale. unfortunately, we are unable to issue exchanges or store credit on earrings, one-of-a kind rings, endless collection engagement rings in custom sizes, sale items, pieces that have been engraved, made to order pieces, and gift cards.
  • pieces repaired by external jewellers are not eligible for repairs and returns. 
  • lost pieces- we do not replace or refund lost or stolen jewelry.

made-to-order pieces
our team needs to handcraft this special piece for you once you have places your order. all made to order pieces are charged at the time of purchase and are final sale. we are working as fast as we can to handcraft your special pieces, so please allow for the made to order wait time stated on the product page.

initiating a return 
we are sad to hear that your jewels weren’t the perfect fit but we have you covered.

  1. mail your pieces back to us: to initiate an online return, please submit an exchange form here to and our team will reach out to you with next steps! 
  2. stop by one of our shops: if it's easier for you to stop by one of our shops, bring your pieces in to complete your exchange. let our team know your order number and they will take care of the rest! visit our locations page here for our updated store hours. 

return shipping 
bluboho is not responsible for return shipping costs. when shipping an item for an exchange or store credit, we recommend using a trackable shipping service.  bluboho cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item and we are not responsible for lost merchandise. 

exchanging a gift
if you received a piece as a gift and it’s just not for you, bring it back to us - we want to help you find the perfect piece! you may exchange it or receive an online credit within 14 days of the purchaser receiving the order. in order to complete exchanges, you must have the original order number, or email of the individual who purchased the piece for you. 

processing your exchange or store credit
exchanges or store credit will be processed within 24-72 hours of your package being delivered to us. we will reach out when your item has been recieved for exchange, and we will issue you an $8 return shipping fee to send the item requested for exchange, back your way. once the invoice is completed, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information. for store credit, you will receive a confirmation email with your store credit; please note store credit never expires.
