return policy
we offer full refunds on items that meet the following criteria:
- unworn and in new condition
- accompanied by all original packaging
- price tag attached
- original receipt provided
- returned within 14 days of purchase
gift receipts are eligible for store credit or exchange only.
final sale items
some of our pieces are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. this includes:
- earrings
- gift cards
- one-of-a-kind rings
- made-to-order or customized items
- items purchased with a discount

canceling an order
we get it—mistakes happen. if you need to cancel your order, please reach out to guestexperience@bluboho.com within 24 hours of placing your order.
please note:
- orders are fulfilled quickly, and once a package is shipped, we are unable to process cancellations.
- if your order has already been shipped, you may initiate a return once it arrives (if eligible under our return policy).
returns, exchanges, & store credit
online shopping can be tricky, and we want to make sure you find the perfect piece. if your jewelry isn’t quite right, you are eligible for a return, exchange, or store credit within 14 days of receiving your order, with the exception of final sale items.
items must be:
- unworn and in new condition
- include all original packaging
- accompanied by the original receipt
please note:
- refunds can only be issued to the original form of payment
- shipping costs are non-refundable
- after 14 days, we are unable to accept returns
initiating a return
we’re sorry your piece wasn’t the perfect fit—but we’ve got you covered.
to return your item(s):
- mail your pieces back to us → start your online return by submitting an exchange form, and our team will guide you through the process.
- visit one of our stores → bring your pieces into a bluboho location with your order number, and our team will take care of the rest.
return shipping:
- bluboho is not responsible for return shipping costs.
- we recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item and are not responsible for lost merchandise.
exchanging a gift
if you received a gift that isn’t quite right, we’re happy to help you find something you love!
- gifts are eligible for exchange or store credit within 14 days of the original purchase date.
- to exchange a gift, you must have the original order number or the purchaser’s email.
in-store policy

we’re sorry to hear you don’t love your original piece, but we’re happy to help. with the exception of final sale items, you are eligible for a return, exchange, or store credit within 14 days of your purchase.

our team carefully handcrafts each made-to-order piece once your order is placed. because of this, all made-to-order pieces are final sale and charged at the time of purchase.
please allow for the stated production time listed on the product page or provided by our store team.
exchanging a gift in-store
if you received a piece as a gift and it’s not quite right, bring it back to us—we want to help you find the perfect piece!
- gifts are eligible for exchange or store credit within 14 days of the original purchase.
- to exchange a gift, you must have the original order number.
repairs
we stand behind the craftsmanship of our jewelry, and we’re happy to assist with repairs when needed.
repair policy
- repairs are subject to a base repair fee of $25, unless otherwise quoted.
- chain breaks and missing stones are not considered product defects and will be subject to repair fees.
- jewelry repaired by an external jeweler is not eligible for further bluboho repairs.
- lost or stolen jewelry cannot be replaced or refunded.
