shipping your bluboho order
so you’ve made your online order! we can’t wait for you to receive your new bluboho pieces and are committed to processing and shipping your package within 1-2 business days of placing your order. for all of our made to order items or engraved pieces, please take note of the projected timelines stated in the product description to get a good sense of when the piece will be completed. made to order pieces will ship within 1-2 business days after completion.
we advise you to please make sure that you double check that all shipping information is correct, as we are not responsible for lost or stolen items once your package has been delivered to the stated shipping address.

- standard shipping, on orders over $250 within Canada: 2-7 business days - FREE

please note that that all US orders placed online are inclusive of taxes and duties. all USD prices have duties and taxes already built into them for you, so you do not have to worry about paying anything extra when the order arrives.

please note that that all international orders placed online, you will be responsible for all duties, taxes and custom charges upon arrival in the destination country. we're unable to provide an estimated duties and taxes amount as this will vary by country. if you order is refused, you will still be responsible for charges incurred in shipping the package.

when will my piece ship out?
we try our best to ship your special pieces within 1-2 business days of receiving your order and will be shipped pending order volume. the above transit times are estimates estimates based on our shipping providers, and does not include processing times.
we advise you to please make sure that your shipping information is 100% correct as we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once your package has been delivered to stated shipping address.
what if my piece is made to order?
our team needs to handcraft this special piece for you once you have placed your order. we are working as fast as we can to handcraft your special pieces, so please allow for the made-to-order wait time stated on the product page (4-6 weeks)
when will my engraved piece ship?
we require 2-3 weeks to engrave your piece prior to shipping. once your piece(s) has been engraved, it will ship within 1-2 business days.
what do I do if my tracking says my order has been delivered and I have not received my package?

route shipping insurance
we know shopping online can be tricky and with the increase in volume that shipping providers (Canada Post and FedEx) are seeing, we want to make sure you feel protected for whatever could occur once your order leaves our hands and is on it’s way to yours!
we have partnered with Route to provide our guests with optional shipping insurance so you can purchase with confidence. Route Package Protection is calculated at checkout based on 1.5% - 5% of the order’s subtotal. in the event that your package is lost, damaged or stolen, Route will either send a replacement out to you or reimburse you for the value of the item(s) purchased (up to $5000). please note that this is an insurance policy which does have limitations, please see details below. for a detailed breakdown of Route's official insurance policy, please see here

lost - in transit
- domestic: the issue must be filed between 7 and 30 days from the last shipping update.
- international: the issue must be filed between 20 and 30 days from the last shipping update.
stolen - marked as delivered
- the issue must be filed between 5 and 15 days from when the order was marked delivered.
damaged
- the issue must be filed with photos of the damaged package and item, no later than 15 days from when the order was marked delivered.
