what you’ll be doing
  • offer a welcoming environment that will cultivate long lasting & meaningful relationships with our guests & community 
  • build a strong guest database that results in long-term relationships by gathering all guest information
  • drive sales + overall store success by working towards reaching daily sales targets
  • attend training and further development meetings
  • execute weekly and daily merchandising flips that are results driven
  • liaise and communicate with other departments on a daily basis
  • ensure all proper signage is displayed and properly communicated to our guests
  • asset protection is top of mind and you have all eyes on the floor
  • maintain cleanliness within the store, including display cases, floor, glass and most importantly the jewellery
  • effectively communicate bluboho’s mission and vision to your team and guests alike
  • perform other duties as required

qualifications

  • 3-4 years sales experience
  • flexibility to work a retail schedule is a must, weekends and holidays
  • work store-wide events and store inventory counts
  • work efficiently as a team and independently
  • strong planning and execution skills
  • a strong sense of priority and attention to detail
  • dedicated to high levels of a great guest experience
  • ability to work in a fast paced environment, meeting tight deadlines with the ability to prioritize
